Peple and Tellent announce a strategic partnership focused on making the journey from recruitment to HR management simpler and more connected for People teams.
More than 50 organizations already use Peple and Tellent Recruitee (Tellent's Applicant Tracking System) side by side, across sectors including housing, healthcare, and professional services. Through this partnership, the two companies will deepen their collaboration and work towards a seamless API integration planned for 2027.
The partnership brings together Tellent's Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Tellent Recruitee, and Peple’s HR software, connecting two important stages of the employee journey: finding and hiring the right people, and supporting them once they join.
The goal is simple: reduce manual work, improve data consistency, and make the transition from candidate to employee easier for People teams.
For many HR teams, hiring and employee management still happen across separate systems and workflows. This can mean duplicate data entry, unnecessary admin, and extra steps at exactly the moment when teams want to focus on giving new employees a great start.
